Who we are

Our long-term vision is to generate cohesive real-world data that reflects shared disease mechanisms, treatment pathways, and patient experiences across the autoimmune neurology spectrum to support collaboration between academia and industry for research, patient care and drug development.

We feel there is a particularly urgent need to better understand the adoption and impact of new therapies, and to create an evidence-based mechanism to connect patients with appropriate research opportunities matched to their clinical characteristics.

Our Vision

To transform our understanding of autoimmune neurological disorders through world-class observational research powered by scientific and technological collaboration, and informed by the lived experiences of patients.

Our Mission

Through strategic collaboration with grassroots advocacy groups, we ensure our research reflects patient priorities and generates real-world evidence to inform clinical practice and future innovation.

The Autoimmune Neurology Alliance advances observational research of autoimmune neurological disorders by partnering with leading researchers, neurologists, technology solutions, and patients.

Our Role in the Ecosystem

AiNA sits at the intersection of:

  • Patients and advocacy organizations

  • Clinicians and researchers

  • Industry and healthcare systems

This position allows us to design and support initiatives like AXIS that are:

  • Scientifically rigorous

  • Operationally scalable

  • Deeply informed by patient priorities

Rather than focusing on a single stakeholder perspective, we build platforms that connect the ecosystem.
